Wadi Hadhramawt
This is the largest valley in the Arabian
Peninsula. Situated about 160 km from the coast, the valley is populated
with numerous villages and cities of wonderful pise architecture like
Seyun & Tarim. Shibam.
Seiyun:
It is situated about 365 Km from Al
Mukalla, the most important monuments in this town are the large mosque
constructed in the seventh century, Al Sultan Al Katheeri palace
and the market of traditional productions and handcrafts.
Tarim
It is situated about 16
Km from Seiyun, it is one of very important historic
town and it is celebrated by its beautiful palaces and Al Mehdar Mosque.

Shibam-Hadramaut
It is situated in the middle of Wadi
Hadhramawt (the Hadhramawt valley) about 19 Km from Seiyun, it is one of
ancient Yemeni cities.
Shibam-Hadramaut is celebrated by its high
buildings which are considered as the first skyscrapers in the world and
the Haroun Al Rachid mosque is of interest to visitors in this town.

Hajjarin:

Al Mukalla:

This is a seaport and fishing centre in the
southern part of the Hadhramawt province, it was in the past a fishing
village.
The beautiful white buildings in the old
town are of interest to visitors and there are several impressive mosques,
notably Al-Rawdha and the mosque of 'Omar.
Outside the town a small fortress, Husn
al-Ghuwayzi, can be seen on the summit of a cliff.
Bir Ali (the Old Port of Qana) :
It is situated about 120 Km from Al Mukalla
on the coast of Red Sea.
It was an important port in the past.
There is a volcanic hill called (Hesn Al
Gurrab).
